Role Overview: The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive growth. You will manage, build, and mentor a diverse marketing team while actively participating in campaign executionfrom designing landing pages and creating funnels to managing media buys. Your expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and email campaigns will be critical to our success. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team bringing in specialists from various disciplines to meet our dynamic needs. Hands-On Execution: Roll up your sleeves to create landing pages, develop funnels, manage media buys, and oversee email marketing campaigns. Technical Proficiency: Utilize knowledge of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with development teams and enhance digital marketing assets. Data-Driven Decisions: Establish and maintain robust tracking systems, analyze metrics, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns. Campaign Oversight: Ensure all marketing effortsfrom email marketing to paid mediaare executed efficiently and effectively. Required Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters (MBA or Marketing) strongly preferred. Marketing Expertise: 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, 5+ years in a leadership capacity (Director, VP, or CMO level). Proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing strategies in a tech or related high-growth environment. Technical Skills: Hands-on HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page customization and front-end collaboration. Experience creating and optimizing landing pages and designing sales funnels to drive lead generation and conversions. Media buying experience across platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with strong negotiation and optimization capabilities. Analytics & Metrics: Expert-level proficiency in tracking and metrics analysis (Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems). Demonstrable ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions that improve campaign performance. Email Marketing Mastery: In-depth experience with email marketing platforms, list segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization. Track record of building campaigns that achieve high open/click-through rates and generate measurable revenue. Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to build, scale, and motivate diverse teams. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and executive reporting. Hands-on mentality : Comfortable stepping in to execute tasks and mentor team members directly. Strategic Vision: Proven experience translating corporate goals into effective, measurable marketing initiatives . Forward-thinking mindset to adapt strategies to emerging trends and technologies .
