You will be the heartbeat of multiple projects, overseeing the small business division and tapping into larger, more complex projects. You must be detail-oriented and agile, supporting the development and execution of projects, campaigns, and initiatives that align with our clients'''' goals and our agency''''s vision. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and experience in both branding and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to Forward Creative quality standards. Lead the development of branding and marketing projects, ensuring cohesive strategy and effective execution. Act as the liaison between clients and our creative team, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and requirements. Collaborate with team members to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and proactively solve any issues that arise. Lead regular project status meetings and maintain open communication channels with both clients and internal stakeholders. Contribute to the creative development process, offering strategic insights and feedback to enhance project outcomes. Your Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager ideally in a creative agency or similar environment. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and web/digital strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a positive team dynamic, and manage work effectively. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and own the quality of your work. In-depth knowledge of a specific market or industry considered an asset. Passion for community engagement and a desire to make a positive impact on Atlantic Canada. Experience with small business projects as well as the ability to support larger initiatives.
