What youll be doing: Foster successful relationships with our clients as their primary point of contact Act as an escalation point for both clients and team members Manage delivery teams and projects as necessary Manage client staffing requirements Ensure that deliverables and milestones are met Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met Report engagement and project status to clients regularly Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities The successful candidates will have: Proven experience as a Project Manager Track record of dealing with stakeholders, and focusing on customer success Excellent reporting skills and verbal and written communication abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills and problem-solving aptitude BS/BA in Business or a similar field What you can expect: An environment where constant learning is the norm.
