Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the VAR and IT industry, with a proven track record of generating significant gross profit and a book of business that will follow them. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-sufficient, and is passionate about delivering unparalleled value to customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a focus on understanding their business needs and objectives. Identify new business opportunities and drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet customer requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals. Meet or exceed sales targets consistently, demonstrating a proven ability to generate over $350,000 in gross profit per year. Excel at engaging with customers directly in the field. Qualifications: Bachelor''''s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. (preferred) Minimum of 2 years of experience in the VAR and IT industry. Proven track record of generating over $350,000 in gross profit per year. Strong understanding of technology solutions and services, with the ability to articulate their value to customers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote/flexible work environment. Passionate about sales, customer success, and delivering results.
