Own the strategy: set quarterly goals, align budgets, and craft growth plans tailored to each brand. Direct a team of marketers to achieve client deliverables, fostering collaboration within the agency to ensure client campaign success. Work with the brands and creative teams to develop briefs for paid social ads Conduct regular customer journey audits to identify issues or opportunities across accounts, ads, email, landing pages, or offers. Know the client''''s business better than they do (shop performance, active campaigns, user journeys.) Monitor and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platformstreating every ad dollar like your own. Launch, test, and iterate on new ad creative, staying agile in response to performance trends. Track key metrics (CPA, ROAS, AOV, CVR, LTV) and adjust strategy as needed. Keep the team and agency informed on cutting-edge strategies, new advertising platforms, conversion rate optimization methods, industry trends, client challenges, and competitive landscape analysis. Who you are Deep expertise with Meta & Google Ads at a strategic and hands-on level. You grasp measurement, attribution, and incrementality of ad spend. You can identify winning creative and brief the team to produce high-performing assets. You understand how to increase conversion rate and how landing pages and offers impact performance. You''''re able to write clear, concise and persuasive copy for ads, emails and landing pages. Qualifications 4+ years experience working with DTC Shopify brands (in agency or on the client-side) 2+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads / Google Ads Experienced in using analytics tools like GA4 to draw actionable marketing insights A strong enthusiasm for the art and science of advertising and e-commerce Strong communication skills including the ability to synthesize insights, tailor messaging to the audience lead the discussion, navigate challenging conversations, and adapt to the tone and sentiment of the conversation Exceptional in client service, relationship development, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and persuasive communication skills.
