About the Role As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing high value customers from our pool of free/trial users and contact form responses by using inbound selling strategies. Duties & Responsibilities Monitor inbound leads in HubSpot and qualify them for sales opportunities. Conduct Discovery Calls with prospects to quickly identify solution fit, gather information required to close, understand decision making process, and establish concrete next steps such as demo or integration technical Q&A. Deliver an exceptional sales experience and manage the complete buying process. Work collaboratively with engineering and contracting teams to advance prospect through sales process and drive to close Handoff to customer success/client services team for project delivery and onboarding Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve the customer experience for different customer profiles and to increase close rate Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales and closing deals with an ACV of $10k-$100k Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of mobile apps and enterprise software trends an asset
