BettingJobs is working with a well-established B2C casino operator with operations across the UK, EU, LATAM and North America, and offices in multiple countries. They are looking to add a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to their team in Canada. Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and optimise digital media campaigns (Programmatic Display, Native Display, In-App DSPs, CTV) to achieve KPIs within allocated budgets for the Canadian market. Collaborate with Canadian Country Managers to develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual digital marketing plans. Analyse and report campaign performance metrics (CPA, LTV, MoM growth) and provide actionable insights. Work with external agencies and account teams to ensure campaign performance aligns with KPIs. Explore and test new channels to scale performance and diversify the marketing mix. Provide detailed performance reports for stakeholders and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Partner with creative teams to produce high-performing campaign assets tailored to platform and audience needs. Requirements: 3+ years of digital marketing experience targeting the Canadian market; iGaming or regulated industries preferred. Expertise in Programmatic Web, In-App DSPs (e.g., Taboola, Unity), and measurement tools (Appsflyer, Kochava). Experience with data visualisation tools like Looker or Tableau and full-funnel strategies (acquisition, branding, retention). Strong organisational and communication skills in matrixed environments. Data-driven with the ability to synthesise insights and present actionable recommendations. Solid understanding of the Canadian digital marketing landscape and best practices.
