Were Hiring a UX Researcher! Were seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join a fast-paced team. If you have 3+ years of experience in user research and thrive in quick-turnaround environments, this is your chance to make a real impact. Logistics: Projected Start Date: ASAP Duration: Temp to perm (6 months temp, with possible extension) Hours: 40 hour per week Onsite/offsite: 100% Remote Pay Rate: CAD30- CAD40/hourly DOE Responsibilities: Conduct usability studies to understand user needs, goals, and pain points. Analyze qualitative data and identify actionable insights. Document findings and communicate recommendations to cross-functional teams. Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in user research, with a focus on quick-turnaround studies. Masters degree in HCI, Psychology, or related field. Strong communication and report-writing skills.
