THE ROLE AND IMPACT: The Annual Giving Coordinator plays a critical role in providing administrative support and project coordination for the annual giving program. They are a key facilitator of direct response projects, managing timelines, compiling information, providing donor relations support for important fundraising initiatives, keeping accurate donor information accurate, and more. They understand the central role annual giving plays in building the financial strength of Cystic Fibrosis Canada. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Annual Giving and works in partnership across teams. RESPONSIBILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH: Coordinate the annual giving program by supporting the development, execution, analysis, and evaluation of mail, digital, telemarketing campaigns. Manage the experience of internal and external stakeholders through detailed critical paths and ensure on-time execution of all Annual Giving campaigns. Be the main point of contact for monthly giving donors, as well as priority segments of one time and tribute donors, providing excellent donor relationship management including responding to donors in a timely and effective manner, Ensure donors are welcomed into the monthly giving program, contacting donors to recover payments, obtain new payment information, and sharing important updates to increase monthly donor retention. Support the Tribute Program through activities including keeping collateral up to date, fulfilling in lieu materials requests, supporting issues with setting up fundraising pages etc. Work with Leadership Giving and Marketing & Communications to create ongoing stewardship communications that communicate the impact of donations to all annual giving audiences. Ensure accurate and consistent information is entered in Raisers Edge and other systems. Ensure that donors receive accurate and appropriate acknowledgement of their support in a timely and effective manner. Organize, maintain, and update filing systems in line with data management protocols. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. WHAT YOU BRING: Diploma, Certificate in relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience. 1-3 years experience in fundraising and/or marketing environment (digital, mail, telemarketing etc.). Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Excel. Prior experience with Raisers Edge NXT or other Customer Relationship Management software. The ability to work well independently on several projects concurrently and be able to switch priorities as directed. Excellent communication (written and oral). A team player with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Preferred: French language skills are an asset. Understanding of the health non-profit sector. Knowledge of tribute and memorial programs. Prior experience with Content Management Systems (Engaging Networks, MailChimp, Constant Contact etc.).
