Job Description

POSITION: Sales Support Representative About the role: Working as a Sales Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to balance formal training with the real-world experience of running a Profit Center while working with customers. This role is a great way to learn the ropes of our fast-paced industry and potentially transition into a full-time position. What youll do: Handle customer inquiries if and when required, process orders, and resolve customer issues promptly Place outbound calls if and when required to new and existing accounts identifying opportunities, decision maker(s), and related customer service needs. This is part of the job overflow. Define the scope of each project Determine what information is necessary Contact suppliers and estimate costs Analyze and review bids Send estimates to customers Enter orders in Oracle ERP system Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors Communicate with trade partners about cost estimates and projected actual costs of projects Collaborate with office and warehouse team members to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency Process and fulfill orders, then follow-up with customers after orders close to ensure utmost satisfaction Assist with inventory management Perform other duties as assigned We are looking for passionate leaders who bring initiative and creativity while putting the customer at the center of all they do!
