About The Role This position is open to experienced Account Managers who have worked in Paid Media or CRO agencies. Youll be trained in any specific areas you need to develop further, and we provide (paid) personal growth time to work on projects that interest you and help you advance your skill set. Each account you manage is supported by a dedicated Data Scientist, Analyst, Designer, Developer, and QA Expert, ensuring you have all the resources necessary to drive strategy and success for your clients. About You We are looking for a strategic, consultative, and customer-centric CRO Strategist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at building strong client relationships, guiding high-level strategy, and delivering impactful presentations to influence key stakeholders. In this role, you will: Act as a Strategic Consultant: Identify optimization opportunities and define testing strategies that align with clients broader business goals. Drive CRO Program Success: Collaborate with our best-in-class execution team to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and produce measurable ROI. Professional Client-Facing Presentations: Work with research and BI teams to create compelling presentations; deliver findings and recommendations to executive audiences to secure buy-in on test hypotheses. Drive Actionable Insights: Learn to activate quantitative and qualitative research, translating it into strategic recommendations that inform the overall CRO roadmap. Client Management (Strategic & Consultative): Onboard & Integrate: Successfully onboard new clients using our 90-day methodology, establishing a solid foundation for the partnership. Manage Relationships with Authority: Build rapport, credibility, and trust at all levels of the clients organization, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Communicate & Influence Stakeholders: Present complex analytics and research clearly to guide client strategies, fostering alignment and excitement around CRO initiatives. Proactive Roadblock Resolution: Anticipate potential challenges and propose preemptive solutions to keep projects on track. Develop Consultative Expertise: Continuously strengthen your strategic approach and consultative skills, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for clients. Reporting & Reviews: Prepare weekly updates and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to share insights, recommendations, and results. Testing Roadmap Leadership: Strategic Prioritization: Guide prioritization of testing hypotheses, ensuring alignment with client objectives and growth targets. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with CRO analysts and the testing team to maintain consistent velocity (10-15 tests per quarter per client). Timely Delivery: Manage timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure high-quality test execution. Long-Term Strategic Partnerships: Own Client Retention & Lifetime Value: Take accountability for nurturing relationships that translate into long-term growth for both the client and ConversionAdvocates. Evolve & Expand: Lead QBRs to showcase results, refine strategies, and highlight additional opportunities for optimization or expanded engagement. _________ What You''''ll Need To Have 2+ years of client management experience in a digital agency or consulting firm. Strategic Presentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to present complex data or insights in a clear, compelling way tied to overall business strategy. Consultative Mindset: Aptitude for identifying client needs, recommending tailored solutions, and navigating internal/client-side dynamics. Passion for Building Relationships: Comfortable and enthusiastic about engaging with clients regularly to guide them through their CRO journey. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to distill complex ideas into concise, persuasive messaging. Strong Project Management: Capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and timelines. Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable with changing priorities, solving problems on the fly, and learning from failures. Self-Starter Mentality: Positive attitude and proactive approach to driving results. What Would Be Helpful To Have Technical Fluency: Experience working with analysts, developers, and QA teams. A/B Testing Knowledge: Familiarity with platforms like AB Tasty, Optimizely, Intellimize, VWO, Convert. Analytics Experience: Understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, or Heap. CRO/UX Training or Certifications Startup Growth Experience: Background in growth marketing or growth-stage startup environments.
