Valid Prosci Change Management Certification. Skills and Experience 10 years experience working with stakeholders in a healthcare environment to implement changes to clinical workflow. Examples should include implementation and training of business process changes. 10 years experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements and develop them into specifications or business process solutions. 5 years experience evaluating, developing, and implementing programs relating to infection prevention and control within an acute care setting. 5 years experience developing and delivering training for information systems to clinical users including nurses and physicians. 5 years experience implementing the Allscripts suite of products in an acute care setting. 3 years experience conducting and compiling privacy impact assessments for healthcare record systems to assess their compliance with provincial regulations. Project Description: Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
