Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our online marketing initiatives. In this role, you will drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall e-commerce growth across multiple channels. You will work cross-functionally with the product, sales, and creative teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance the customer experience, grow our subscriber base, and increase brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Analytics Drive. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive growth, increase customer acquisition, and optimize customer lifetime value. Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships) to generate revenue and grow our online presence. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using data to optimize campaigns and drive results. Customer Experience: Work closely with the product team to ensure the website and customer journeys are optimized for conversion and user experience. Brand Awareness & Engagement: Lead initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement, leveraging social media, email, content, and other digital marketing strategies. Team Player: Work with a team of marketing professionals, guiding their development and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment. Innovation: Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and competitive landscape, introducing new strategies and tactics to keep WatchGang at the forefront of the industry. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth in an online retail environment. 5+ years of experience with email marketing, klaviyo, and email marketing strategy / segmentation. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, affiliate marketing, and social media. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush and others). Creative and innovative thinker with a strong understanding of brand development and customer engagement strategies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Experience in subscription-based services or gaming elements within e-commerce is a plus.
