This role is 100% remote anywhere in Canada! Experience Needed: At least 5 years of experience as a product designer, with a preference for more senior candidates. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work. Experience in B2B SaaS, with fintech or wealth management experience being a major plus. Experience in designing complex admin systems, intranets, and platforms like Zendesk and Salesforce. Expertise in mobile UX design Familiarity with working in an established company What You Will Do: Work on a financial advisor platform, combining 5-6 products into a single larger product for desktop and mobile. Lead UX design efforts, focusing on information architecture, user flows, and user testing with an emphasis on user-centric design. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and bring designs to life. Help integrate multiple products into a cohesive platform, ensuring design decisions align with the overall product vision. Drive the introduction of design thinking to enhance user experience across the platform. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business and user needs. Communicate design decisions, research insights, and design impact effectively to stakeholders. Support the creation or evolution of a design system to ensure consistency across products. Leverage user data, analytics, and A/B testing to inform design decisions. Provide guidance to junior designers and lead design reviews to uphold design quality. Follow an agile, iterative design process, refining designs based on feedback and collaboration with engineering teams. Track design changes success through key performance indicators (KPIs) and user satisfaction metrics, iterating accordingly.
