What You''''ll Do As Manager of Customer Success, your mission is to deliver value at every stage of the client journey, from onboarding to retention and growth. Heres what youll focus on: Client Onboarding & Engagement Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success with Vacarya. Stay in constant communication with clients to understand their goals, aspirations, and challenges. Reactivate clients who have joined Vacarya but have yet to take action, encouraging them to move forward with acquiring properties. Handle rejection with resilience and professionalism, always looking for new ways to re-engage clients. Retention & Growth Maintain a strong pulse on each client, identifying those ready to expand their Airbnb portfolio. Proactively engage clients with tailored recommendations to increase their lifetime value and deepen their commitment to Vacarya. Develop strategies to foster long-term relationships and mitigate churn risks. Process Development & Optimization Design and implement playbooks, SOPs, and frameworks to ensure consistency in the client journey. Continuously explore and recommend software or platforms to improve client communication and experience. Monitor client feedback and leverage data to identify opportunities for process improvement. Team Growth & Collaboration Prepare for the growth of the Customer Success team by documenting best practices and training materials. Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to align client success initiatives. Establish and track KPIs that measure client satisfaction, retention, and success. What We''''re Looking For Were seeking a self-starter who thrives on building relationships and delivering results. Someone whos passionate about customer success and ready to create meaningful change in a growing company. Experience: 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Experience roles, ideally in franchising, SaaS, or service-based businesses. Proven ability to drive client retention, reactivation, and growth. Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a knack for active listening and persuasive conversations. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients effectively. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and trends in client behavior. Attributes: Resilient and comfortable facing rejection, with the drive to find solutions. Proactive, resourceful, and client-focused.
