At PayTech, were looking for a hands-on Project Manager who brings more than just project management experience to the table. Youll act as a strategic leader and tactical expert, helping clients overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and leave every engagement feeling empowered. In this role, you wont just manage projects, youll make a direct impact. From HCM system implementations to open enrollment setup and post-implementation support, every project you engage with will help our clients unlock their full potential. What Youll Do: Lead with Strategy: Manage projects of varying complexity while acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. Roll Up Your Sleeves: Step in to handle tactical activities where clients lack the time or resources. Proficiency in UKG and Dayforce HCM systems provides you with a competitive edge. Transform Workflows: Conduct deep analyses of clients systems, processes, and teams, and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improvement. Drive Results: Develop and implement tailored solutions, track progress, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Collaborate: Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and stakeholders ensuring seamless communication and timely project milestones. Work closely with colleagues and lead project teams to success. A Day in the Life: Imagine working on an HCM system implementation. Youll: HCM consulting with new and existing customers, discover vendor partner objectives and develop success plans to drive value on every project Overcome challenges and proactively uncover and mitigate risk Discover additional opportunities to compliment implementations, system utilization and solve other business problems our clients might be facing Communication, and lots of it! You will be interacting with executive stakeholders, internal and external project teams, vendor partners, and clients Daily collaboration with an exceptional, highly functioning team of consultants Shine in the role of trusted advisor Utilize Project Management methodologies and tools Every engagement brings variety and impact, with opportunities to travel depending on client needs.
