This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Customer Success Manager with strategic Product Ownership. The ideal candidate will have a background in GIS data including LiDAR, mobile surveys, or related technology, and will be responsible for managing customer accounts, creating product roadmaps, helping develop product strategy, and supporting various business activities. Key Responsibilities: Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the companys strategic goals. Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform product development. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts. Understand customer needs and ensure their satisfaction with Solv3D products and services. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues. Product Strategy Development: Assist in defining the product vision and strategy to ensure market competitiveness. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation. Work with the management teams to develop go-to-market strategies. Business Support: Support various business activities, including sales, marketing, and customer support initiatives. Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and customers. Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Solv3D and stay updated on industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, Engineering, Business Development or other related field. Minimum 5 years experience in customer success management and product management. Knowledge of GIS data, LiDAR, mobile surveys, or other related technology. Knowledge of web applications, cloud computing, or software development Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
