On behalf of our client, Saint Laurent Consulting is hiring a Senior Clinical Data Manager. This role involves leading clinical data management activities for various projects, ensuring data integrity, validity, and compliance with industry standards. The Senior Clinical Data Manager will oversee data processes from start-up to final database lock, working collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful project execution and timely completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the complete data lifecycle from study start-up to database lock. Develop and maintain Data Management Plans, CRFs, and database specifications. Design and execute data validation procedures, including the creation of edit checks. Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve data discrepancies and generate queries. Ensure effective communication between internal teams, sponsors, and CROs. Oversee data reconciliation and integration from external sources such as labs and EDC systems. Provide training and mentorship to junior data management staff. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution. Participate in the development of SOPs, policies, and best practices within data management. Lead the preparation of data-related reports for internal stakeholders and sponsors. Qualifications: Bachelor''''s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Clinical Data Management. Relevant certification (e.g., CCDM) is preferred. Proven experience in clinical data management, project leadership, and team collaboration.
