Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Manager to join our Business Operations team. This role is focused on providing data-driven insights, analysis and actions to support strategic decision-making across the sales lifecycle, from sales through to customer retention. Additionally, you will be working cross functionally to ensure alignment throughout the organization, while acting as a key advisor to RevOps leadership and their teams, you will be a key strategic advisor and implementer of initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data to identify trends, optimize the bookings generation processes, and drive business growth. This candidate will help drive Miovisions revenue engine forward by accelerating our sales pipeline and time to revenue by streamlining, advising, and directly supporting our RevOps Organization. Key Accountabilities: Bookings Analysis : Perform in-depth analysis of sales, marketing, and customer success data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales cycle. Reporting & Dashboards : Develop and maintain accurate, real-time reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics (KPIs), including bookings, sales pipeline, conversion rates, churn, and customer lifetime value. Forecasting & Planning : Assist in bookings forecasting and pipeline management by providing data insights and scenario analysis to ensure targets are aligned with overall business goals. Cross - functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success and finance teams to ensure alignment of data sources, reporting standards, and metrics. Help identify and prioritize areas for improvement in operational processes. Data Integrity & Governance : Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for revenue analysis and reporting. Identify and resolve any data discrepancies. Process Improvement : Analyze existing revenue processes and provide recommendations to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and optimize the revenue generation cycle. Market & Competitor Insights : Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights that can influence pricing, product positioning, and customer acquisition strategies. Ad-hoc Analysis & Reporting : Respond to requests from leadership and RevOps for ad-hoc analysis or reports, providing insights and actions to support business decisions. Skills/Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a revenue operations, sales operations, or data analysis role (preferably in a SaaS or tech environment). Progressive levels of experience in driving teams/projects either directly or cross functionally. Experience working as a partner to senior leadership, thinking strategically and critically, while tailoring approach and messaging to different audiences including presenting to executives. Demonstrated track record of driving value out of systems and tools and ensuring smooth integrations between different systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Excel, PowerBI, Google Suite) Business acumen and domain expertise in revenue operations related B2B or B2G - sales, marketing, and customer success. Process improvement expert. Identifies gaps, implements improvements and measures the success and return on investment. Must be able to rally teams cross-functionally, driving collaboration and cohesion across the organization to accomplish a single goal. Highly analytical, able to summarize large amounts of data from different sources into a cohesive message. Results oriented and self driven. Proven track record of driving projects cross functionally and ensuring timely delivery or work. Experience working in a fast-paced scaling environment including flexibility with changing priorities and juggling multiple priorities.
