Operational Oversight: Manage the implementation and execution of programs, processes, and policies aimed at improving service efficiency and delivery to clients. Post graduate degree or diploma would be considered an asset. This is a Designated Position and fluently bilingual in French and English (written and oral) is required. EXPERIENCE: Seven (7) to ten (10) years of management experience in a related field with an emphasis on organizational leadership. Skilled in working with clients with developmental disabilities, complex needs behavioral issues or mental health disorders. Preference to those who have experience within a unionized work environment. Proven track record of senior management experience working in the non-profit sector. Experience in delivering flexible individualized support and building community within the lives of people with a disability and their families. Experience in program planning, development and evaluation. Experience in alternative revenue generation, fund raising and grant writing. High level of experience in operational, program, and change management, and strategic planning. A team builder who excels in empowering and guiding others to success. A communicator with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. Technology proficiency including office productivity, databases and social media platforms. Confident and consistent decision-making skills.
