We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive on solving customer issues and answering questions, all while delivering exceptional service with genuine care and consideration. Position: Customer Service Representative Position Status: Full Time Work from Home Hours of Work: Monday-Sunday (Rotational shifts) Rate of Pay: $20.00/HR (English/Spanish) Responsibilities: Provide top-notch service by accurately assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions with sound judgment. Fulfill customer requests and address inquiries or complaints with attentive care and a consistently professional approach. Respond to complex customer inquiries and complaints in a highly informed, accurate and responsible manner in accordance with resources provided. Accurately document each interaction, ensuring all details are captured. Wrap up by updating call history, sending messages to relevant third parties when needed, and initiating necessary customer fulfillment, all while maintaining a seamless and efficient process. Maintain strict confidentiality at all times and adhere to legislation and service guidelines on the use of data. Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. Strong and developed oral and written communication skills, including typing, spelling, and grammar. Demonstrated ability to implement change efforts. Ability to learn new skills/concepts and apply this knowledge quickly and accurately. Advanced knowledge of PCs and familiarity with system navigation. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate the ability to get along with others through a professional, empathetic, and naturally caring conversational style. Resolve complex and sensitive customer complaints and inquiries professionally, following company policies, values, and best practices. Ability to work all required shifts. Diversity. Equity.
