Your Role: The District Manager serves as a strategic business partner to a network of dealer-owned RONA stores. This role focuses on driving sales growth, optimizing performance, and fostering strong relationships with dealer partners to ensure alignment with company objectives. Business Partnership: Collaborate with dealer partners to develop strategies for improving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Offer guidance on business plans, marketing, and best practices. Sales Growth & Performance: Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, analyzing performance data, and assisting dealers in implementing sales initiatives. Dealer Development: Provide training and resources to help dealers improve operations, staffing, and customer service. Offer support in overcoming challenges and implementing company policies. Customer Experience & Brand Alignment: Ensure a consistent customer experience across locations and assist dealers in executing customer-centric initiatives, promotions, and loyalty programs. Financial Oversight: Help dealers manage financial performance, optimize expenses, and maximize profitability through strategic guidance. Marketing Support: Assist dealers in executing local marketing campaigns and utilizing digital channels to drive traffic and sales. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure dealers adhere to company policies and industry best practices while maintaining flexibility for their unique needs. The qualifications we are looking for : Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field. Experience: 5 years of experience in retail management or business development, particularly with dealer or franchise networks. Skills: Strong relationship-building, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities. Travel Requirements: Regular travel within the district to visit dealer locations.
