Insight Global is looking for a Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist to join a leading banking client downtown Toronto. This is a hybrid role that requires the individual to work 2x/week on site. The Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist will implement measurement and capabilities across a leading banks digital properties to drive deep insights into performance and customer behaviors. This role provides advice on the configuration, functionality, applicability, and usability of technology solutions related to data management, analytics, and visualization. Key Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and recommend analytics solutions for digital marketing analytics, reporting, and analysis. Define business requirements for analytics and reporting to ensure data insights inform business decision-making. Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements and data layers have all elements properly exposed to execute analytics tags. Maintain up-to-date analytics implementation documentation for the data layer, analytics tracking tags, advertising vendor tags, and automated tag audit libraries. Ensure data alignment across multiple reporting suites. Actively participate in the design, implementation, and management of new analytics and reporting solutions, providing advice and guidance to assigned business groups on the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment of business needs and data requirements between stakeholders. Develop relationships with key partners across the enterprise and act as the subject matter expert for internal/external stakeholders to refine, prioritize, and optimize the digital analytics implementation roadmap. Develop and manage implementation projects and their properties in tag managers; design initiatives to improve processes, analysis, and reporting (e.g., data layer, JavaScript libraries, etc.). Automate validation tests to improve the quality and efficiency of existing internal validation processes. Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Maintain tagging libraries that support detailed digital optimization. Document and maintain analytical and reporting operational procedures and processes. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital analytics implementations through the utilization of tag management tools using Adobe and Google Analytics. Post-graduate degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. Expert knowledge of core JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Solid understanding of modern frameworks (AngularJS, React, etc.). Experience with data preparation and data analysis. Strong knowledge of the OneTrust privacy platform and integration with Google and Adobe Analytics. Strong knowledge of testing tools such as ObservePoint, Charles Web Debugging Proxy, and Powerstack. Experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager. Strong knowledge of Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Mobile Services, Adobe Mobile SDK, Adobe Web SDK, and Firebase. Experience with digital measurement tools across multiple channels (e.g., web, social media, mobile, email, search). Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Experience with SQL queries and Adobe Experience Cloud APIs. Experience with SQL, Jira, Teams, and Confluence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
