Your deep understanding of both IT and business needs will allow you to bridge the gap between these two worlds, ensuring that the solutions you deliver meet the technical and strategic goals of our clients. As a Technical Consulting Specialist, you will take on tasks and responsibilities such as: Translating complex functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs, with a focus on platform performance, maintainability, and upgradability. Delivering services to existing customers while enhancing our internal service delivery competencies and capabilities. Building and reviewing solution designs following ServiceNows implementation best practices and internal guidelines. Acting as a technical lead on projects, mentoring and guiding team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects. We ask A bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in the configuration, development, and implementation of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technologies, with ServiceNow expertise required. Solid experience as a Senior Technical Consultant, with some Business Process Automation (BPA) skills. Open to contract-based work, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role after a 6-month contract (March to August). Proven expertise in Asset Management and Field Service Management within the ServiceNow platform. Strong experience with client- and server-side scripting, including JavaScript (3+ years); experience with Python, Shell, or PERL is a plus. Expertise in web services (REST, SOAP), as well as XML and JSON. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). A creative, analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving approach. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and manage stakeholder expectations. A results-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
