The Account Manager handles customer retention with our largest accounts. You will reach out to the customers, make sure they had a successful implementation, are happy with support, and if all is well, they will try and upsell and cross -sell more Zoho software. The AM will have activities and revenue targets to meet. Requirements: 3-5 years of Account Management experience, preferably from the software industry Excellent communication skills in both English and French. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive for achieving results. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and demonstration abilities. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Deep technical knowledge of business software and solutions used in the mid-market to Enterprise-sized organizations. Some commute to our Cornwall, Ont office will be required Skills and responsibilities: Business communication - Participate in and lead conversations with customers from different industries and backgrounds, in all levels of the organization including C suite. Customer Experience - Listen and understand what our customers are saying, discover underlying issues, and recommend a path forward. Sales Skills- Responsible for contributing to key account revenue growth measured quarterly and customer retention as a primary driver for your activities Technical Acumen - Technologically savvy, we have 50 software products. You understand and love technology, and have the desire to learn more. Excellent verbal and communication skills - Be on daily video calls, setting up meetings and following up with customers, leading conversations with multiple stakeholders Possess an understanding of standard business applications software, especially CRM Activities: Our top performers dont let their job title or responsibilities restrict their contribution to the company. Responsibilities include. but are not restricted to: Continued outreach to Zoho''s Key Accounts through phone and email, virtual meetings, and on site (Travel is likely required minimum 25% of the year) Discuss current Zoho software solutions, and discover opportunities for expansion.
