Clothing Order Shipping Assistant Description Your main tasks will include packaging and shipping clothing orders, as well as keeping an accurate and updated inventory count. You will also be responsible for managing inventory by receiving, sorting, and organizing it. Other Responsibilities Receive and sort inventory Label, package, and ship clothing Print shipping labels and barcodes using Shopify Preparing hang tags Taking inventories and keeping inventories organized Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail Experience with or willingness to learn inventory systems like Shopify, Etsy, and Excel Job Requirements and Compensation Details This role has varied and flexible hours, with a quieter pace most of the year. However, during busy Fall and Spring periods, you''ll handle a higher volume of clothing and orders. Youll need to ship orders within 3 days of receipt. While large inventory shipments are planned ahead, online orders can come in unexpectedly, requiring a quick turnaround. Sometimes, you may handle only one order at a time, but the minimum pay is $20 for shipping an order, which takes under an hour. For work that exceeds one hour, the rate is $20 per hour.
