As Project Manager, youll steer budgets, schedules, and quality assurance, all while building strong client relationships. By partnering with our skilled Superintendents and Project Coordinators, youll tackle challenges, uncover opportunities, and ensure our projects exceed expectations. What Youll Be Doing: Ensure every project reflects our commitment to quality, precision, and regulatory compliance. Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Provide transparent and timely budget updates to clients, keeping them informed every step of the way. Develop and manage construction schedules alongside Superintendents to stay on track and on time. Collaborate with teams to spot potential risks early and implement effective solutions. Facilitate productive meetings with internal teams, clients, and partners. Oversee change order processes, ensuring pricing and negotiations are smooth and fair. Mentor and empower Project Coordinators, fostering growth and accountability. Promote a safe and healthy work environment, championing our Occupational Health & Safety Manual. Lead the preparation and issuance of monthly project progress invoices. Identify the training needs of field staff, assist with training where qualified, and support apprenticeship programs as required. What Were Looking For: At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, ideally with a General Contractor. A proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial construction projects. In-depth knowledge of construction documentation, blueprints, specifications, and current practices. Experience in using P6, Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and One Drive. Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide project teams to success. Strong financial and organizational skills to manage budgets, changes, procurements, schedules, and deliverables. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and achieve results. A proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and think ahead. Why Join FMI?
