Familiarity with NAM regulations (SEC, CFTC, CAD) a plus. Citi experience a plus Knowledge and a technical understanding of SFT transactions including securities lending & borrowing processes. Prior SFTR reporting is a plus Knowledge of Equities, Fixed income, Municipal securities products. Prior experience with FINRA reporting a plus (CAT, TRACE, etc) Knowledge of OTC derivatives products/asset classes and swap data reporting requirements for CFTC/SEC/CAD is a plus Experience in leading initiatives in Middle Office, Operations or Operations Control at a broker/dealer is a must. Consulting experience with a major consulting firm is a plus. Demonstrated experience in the successful implementation of projects, operational process changes and improvement, preferably within capital markets operations Experience in collecting, defining and documenting business and technology requirements, test plans and other project management artifacts Experienced in consulting with project stakeholders, including the skills to facilitate compromises and resolve conflicting requirements.
