Located in the heart of Edgemont Village, our bright and welcoming clinic offers orthopaedic and sports-focused services, including physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic care, fascial manipulation, and concussion rehabilitation. This hybrid position blends front desk responsibilities with office management duties, giving you the opportunity to engage with patients while also managing the operations of the clinic. Its an exciting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves making an impact. Flexible schedule minimum 3 days per week, up to 5 depending on your needs and responsibilities Afternoon availability required at least two shifts from 2:00 PM 8:00 PM at the front desk Competitive wage range $25 $30 per hour based on experience and scope of responsibilities What Youll Do: Youll be the heartbeat of our clinic, ensuring both the front desk and behind-the-scenes operations run smoothly. Front Desk Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients into the clinic Book appointments, process payments, and submit insurance claims Handle phone, email, and fax communications with excellent customer service Maintain a tidy, professional, and organized reception and treatment space Tidying treatment rooms and clinic, laundry General administrative duties as required Office Management Responsibilities Manage therapists schedules to optimize clinic operations Coordinate the front desk schedule and oversee the front desk team Oversee third-party billing and receivables Manage the clinic website, ensuring content is current and relevant Assist with various marketing activities such as curating engaging content for the clinics social media sites Coordinate and plan events Order and manage clinic supplies to keep everything stocked and running efficiently Ensure clinic policies and procedures are followed for a smooth, seamless experience What Were Looking For: Were after a proactive and adaptable team player who loves a challenge and brings a positive attitude to everything they do. Must-Have Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic setting Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Customer service experience warm, professional, and approachable Familiarity with insurance billing and claims Experience overseeing third-party billing and receivables Proficiency with Jane Software Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!)
