Job Description

Responsible for Business Technology role to drive growth and share of Digital Infrastructure Foundation Services business in the regions & verticals by Strategy creation & implementation for growth & other success dimensions in alignment with HCL overall strategy Work with the Business development team on prospects and help them to convert it to a qualified opportunity through capability presentations and proactive customer engagement Own and drive large complex NN opportunities and be responsible for closure of the opportunity Create and execute GTM plan to achieve annual targets Creating & mining new opportunities and consultatively engage with new & existing customers Act as a custodian for Digital Foundation growth integrating ecosystem & cover 360-degree business aspects business performance analytics, market potential & growth analytics, engage regional & Digital Foundation marketing, relations with advisors & analysts, engage HCL internal BUs & CoEs, engage alliances & partners etc. Drive thought leadership in advising clients on their journey to modern & new age solutions for Digital Foundation service lines Strong collaboration with sales Generate business from campaigns and sales plans in new accounts as well as select existing accounts, building a foundation to scale these into multi-million-dollar engagements. Ownership and supporting Presales & BAG for selected RFP/RFI/RFQs within Digital Foundation domain and integrated IT Outsourcing pursuits Establishing and building ''trust'' and leverage Account context by understanding Account''s overall business goals Keep up to date with competitive, market and technology trends and landscape 4 Key functional areas in Digital Infrastructure Foundation Services domain will be IT Infrastructure Business Development & Bid management, Presales and solution design with key focus on Nextgen and Digital IT Outsourcing services Hybrid Cloud & Nextgen Data Center, Digital Platforms Services, Digital Workplace, Intelligent Networks, Analytics and Cyber Security technologies. 4 key Dimensions to focus will be Customer Impact, Business, Technology Solutions & Commercials 6 Knowledge Areas will be Sales, Consulting, Operations, Transition, Transformation & Contracting The Solution Principal will carry Geo/Regional financial targets and will have to drive towards achieving them Qualification & Experience: MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 B-schools Minimum 8 year of relevant Infrastructure Presales, solutioning or business development experience Mandatory Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, articulation and interpersonal skills to impress the customer Strong understanding of Digital Foundation Business Very good and proven expertise in technology Solutions and design points Very good understanding of deal construct and commercial models Should be willing to travel extensively to perform the required functions Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic Good hold on Accounting and financials Creative, Outspoken and a Go-getter Attitude Established academic and previous job record Flexibility to work on weekends and different time zones Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
