The Opportunity ZS2 Technologies is seeking a full-time Content Creator & Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-growth environment and has a passion for creating engaging content that brings technical and construction-related information to life. Youll develop user-friendly digital and traditional materials to explain the uses and benefits of ZS2s cutting-edge building technologies. This position offers the chance to collaborate with a range of internal teams, from construction professionals to award-winning researchers, to create impactful content that aligns with ZS2s marketing and communications strategy. While you dont need to be a technical expert, existing experience in construction, prefab, or offsite building methods will help you excel. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to execute and refine ZS2s content strategy, supporting brand awareness, industry education and market adoption. This role requires a strong eye for visual storytelling, the ability to execute on structured pre-existing content strategies, and proficiency in content management systems. We are looking for someone with proven experience, a passion for storytelling, and a culture fit within our high-energy, fast-moving team. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Digital Media Execution Design and produce content in Canva to highlight the use product use cases, features, and applications of ZS2s building materials. Support social media content creation, including photography, videography, and reels, ensuring that ZS2s projects and innovations are visually documented. Develop and edit case studies and project profiles, conveying the real-world applications of ZS2s technology from pre-existing templates. Assist with the creation of sales collateral, including digital brochures and presentations to support business development efforts. Execute and refine content strategies within an established framework, ensuring all content aligns with ZS2s brand voice and messaging. Content Management & Platform Execution Manage a shared photo and video library, organizing and categorizing content for streamlined access Publish and schedule content through Sprout Social and manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp. Support copywriting for newsletters, case studies, and blog posts, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with ZS2s industry positioning. Brand & Strategy Execution Ensure brand consistency across all content materials, maintaining high-quality visuals and messaging. Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to execute and adapt content strategies based on audience engagement and company objectives. Work with internal teams (sales, research, and project execution teams) to ensure that content supports technical accuracy, sales enablement, and customer education. What Will Make You Stand Out? Qualifications & Skills Required Skills Proficiency in Canva (or similar design platforms) for high-quality marketing material creation. Creative and passionate about leveraging marketing to communicate key messages with a show vs. tell approach, using visuals, storytelling, and strategic content execution to engage audiences. Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have, but Not Required) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Basic knowledge of content analytics or paid social advertising.
