Responsibilities Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers, ensuring they feel valued and prioritized via phone and email communication. Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, proactively identifying needs and offering solutions. Investigate service issues, determine root causes, and implement effective resolutions while maintaining clear communication with customers. Process, track, and close work and supply orders in accordance with company procedures. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence. Prepare detailed service reports by collecting and analyzing customer data. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Identify trends or recurring issues and recommend improvements or escalate concerns as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to maximize efficiency and service quality. Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
