The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all operations related to catering, events, restaurants, and bars and will report directly to the resort General Manager. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a high-quality property. This position requires working closely with the food and beverage team to help them reach their operational goals. Outstanding communication and practical management skills are necessary to be a team player within this forward-thinking organization. The Food and Beverage Manager will maintain effective working relationships with all food and beverage leaders and colleagues. A university degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management is strongly preferred.
