What Youll Be Doing: Operating and maintaining CNC machinery for wood and panel-based manufacturing. Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precision. Performing basic programming modifications and adjustments to optimize production. Setting up machines for full production cycles and monitoring for quality control . Conducting daily maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly. Working collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining an organized and safe workspace . What Were Looking For: 4+ years of experience operating wood and panel-based CNC machines . 2+ years of experience modifying and creating CNC programs . Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills . Ability to lift and move up to 45 kg (100 lbs) . A commitment to safety and quality in every project.
