Job Description

Project Coordinator (Bilingual - French & English)Apex Systems is an IT Services firm and we are looking for a PCO with strong communication, background in project coordination, experience building documentation (i.e. training or project material, to place at our client, a Big Five Bank.Client: Big Five BankContract: 10-month contract, potential to convert permanent Location: Remote for contract. If offered a full-time role, would have to be in GTA or Montreal as would be hybrid Work with Onboarding team for support in onboarding / offboarding activities as needed in both an English and French capacity. Provides bilingual support as needed to deliver existing training to small audiences. Supports the management & execution of the assigned business/group program or project, including providing input to design, development & execution. Supports the execution of program components working with internal & external stakeholders to ensure effective & seamless delivery. Job Description:Onboarding/offboarding/leave of absence/employee transitions/meeting with hiring managers when new hire identifiedGetting system access/hardware/meeting with new hire on their first dayInstall a soft token/troubleshoot/sign on informationThey want someone who is comfortable with technologyGeneral information on where to find things on intranet siteOffboarding - meeting with HMs to understand what accessConducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve issuesSupports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.Ensures alignment between stakeholders.Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.Leads or participates in defining the communication plan designed keep stakeholders apprised of project status.Participates in the design, development, implementation, and management of core program processes.Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives.Organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness (e.g., customized exception reports, initiative tracking reports, etc.).Supports the execution of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones.Supports the development of tailored messaging, which may include writing, editing and distributing communications.Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.Key Qualifications:Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.Bilingual French and English Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.Analytical and problem solving skillsData driven decision making
