We are seeking a Project Administrator to provide administrative support and coordinate project tasks to streamline operations and enhance the productivity of the Project Management Team. This role ensures the efficient handling of documentation, scheduling, and communication to facilitate the successful completion of construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage relevant project documents. Maintain and update business contact information. Assist with scheduling and tracking critical deadlines and project milestones. Support Head Office Accounting Team with accounts payable, purchase orders, and purchase receiving. Collaborate with the team to prepare monthly client billings. Prepare subcontractor and major material supplier pay applications, in coordination with Project Controls Specialists and Engineers. Enter payroll and equipment time data, supporting HeavyJob processes. Assist with change order management and prime contract documentation. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project reports to clients. File safety documents and track hours for statistical reporting. Maintain safety documentation for the hiring process of Craft Employees. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience: High School Diploma; post-secondary education is an asset. Relevant experience in administrative support, preferably in construction or engineering. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and present solutions.
