Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef with MJAJ Hospitality Inc. at our new location opening soon in downtown Toronto. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency in dishes, and managing kitchen staff. They will also collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
