BJRC Recruiting is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Partners and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a strong ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: Executive Support: Provide direct administrative support to Managing Partners, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. Assist with meeting preparation, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute-taking. Work with our recruiters on a daily basis to ensure all reminders and scheduled check-ins are completed. Client Relationship Management (CRM) Support: Maintain and update the BullHorn CRM database with accurate and timely information. Maintain the Jobs we have posted on LinkedIn and ensure that all postings and communications going out to the public are complete and accurate. Ensure data integrity within the CRM system. Generate reports and analyze data from the CRM to support business decisions. Set calendar reminders and tasks related to client interactions and follow-ups. Office Administration: Oversee general office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers. Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with CRM software, preferably BullHorn. Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
