As we continue to grow, we seek an all-star Growth Marketing Manager to fuel our e-commerce expansion and elevate our digital presence. OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE This is a strategy + execution role. We need someone who can roll up their sleeves on our digital marketing strategy and optimize the performance of our digital touchpoints, including our Shopify store, Amazon, and partner e-tailers. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be passionate about e-commerce and data, and have a track record of successfully managing and scaling digital channels. As Growth Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, increase sales, and elevate brand awareness across paid and organic channels (Meta, Google, SEO, SEM). Youll also own our performance marketing stack, ensuring tracking, attribution, and measurement of performance metrics to optimize return on ad spend, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value. A key focus of this role will be scaling our subscription program. Using Recharge and other retention marketing tools, youll develop data-driven strategies to increase subscription adoption, reduce churn, and enhance customer retention. This includes building automated upsell flows, optimizing subscription incentives, and improving the overall subscription experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Performance Marketing & Acquisition: Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies to drive customer growth across digital channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube) E-commerce Optimization: Optimize conversion rates and pull reports across Shopify, Amazon, and other e-tailers to maximize sales performance. Subscription Growth & Retention: Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs, focusing on scaling subscriptions and reducing churn, all while ensuring a seamless customer journey from sign-up to renewal and improving overall retention. LTV & Upsell Strategies: Implement upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) and maximize recurring revenue. Creative & Brand Alignment: Partner with teams to develop high-converting performance creatives that tell our brand story while achieving KPIs. Experimentation & A/B Testing: Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance, landing pages, and creative effectiveness. Data & Analytics: Own tracking, attribution, and measurement of performance metrics using first-party data and third-party tools. Tech Stack Management: Manage and optimize integrations across our performance marketing stack (GA4, Meta, Shopify, Klaviyo). Reporting & Insights: Report on campaign performance and present actionable insights to key stakeholders to drive growth. Customer Experience: Analyze site speed, merchandising, design, and customer experience to identify areas for improvement and ensure an optimized digital journey. Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay current with e-commerce, digital marketing, and Shopify ecosystem trends to maintain a competitive edge. Other duties as required on a daily basis. REQUIREMENTS 6+ years of experience managing, scaling, and optimizing digital performance marketing campaigns (Meta & Google). Proven track record of improving CAC, ROAS, and LTV through data-driven decision-making. Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Shopify, and Klaviyo Experience with subscriptions and recurring revenue modelsprevious work with Recharge (preferred) or similar platforms (e.g., Bold Subscriptions). Experience handling annual budgets of $1M+ for digital paid media campaigns. Expertise in SEO/SEM, PPC campaign management, and digital advertising. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work across teams. Passion for e-commerce, customer behaviour analytics, and omnichannel growth strategies. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Bonus: Experience with Amazon advertising, affiliate marketing and retention marketing strategies. Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
