Our client is now actively seeking a talented mid-level Banking & Financial Services Associate to join their Business Law team in their downtown Vancouver office. Qualifications and Attributes: 2-5 years of private practice experience in corporate law and financial services with a reputable law firm. Project finance/P3 experience will be considered an asset Knowledge in secured lending, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, and securitizations will be considered an asset Strong analytical and drafting skills Excellent academic credentials Outstanding interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams Must be qualified to practice law in Canada Our client is offering the following: Competitive lockstep base salary (range: $120K - $180K) Tier-one bonus incentives Family health benefits Continuing education incentives Mentorship program Interested and qualified candidates are invited to submit their resume and transcripts in confidence to Stacy Cowan at .
