Notified is adding a Sr Marketing Manager , HubSpot to the team in Toronto. Our expectation at this time is you would work from our office, located at 155 University Avenue, on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday. Experience with HubSpot is required. Role Overview Were seeking a highly skilled Sr Marketing Manager with extensive HubSpot expertise and a passion for marketing automation. This pivotal role will serve as the companys go-to point of contact (POC) for all things HubSpot, driving our marketing automation strategies and enabling high-impact campaigns. Key Responsibilities HubSpot Ownership : Act as the primary HubSpot administrator and subject matter expert, ensuring optimal utilization of all platform capabilities. Email, Landing Page, Form Design : Design and develop new HubSpot website/landing pages/email including themes/templates/pages to achieve marketing objectives. Campaign Execution : Design, execute and manage high-volume automation programs and workflows for multiple product lines across the customer lifecycle including A/B testing, personalization and optimization. Lifecycle Marketing : Develop and maintain marketing strategies to engage prospects and customers across the entire buyers journey. Process Management : Own and streamline processes for email and landing page creation, testing, deployment, and optimization. Data Governance : Establish and oversee best practices for data hygiene, segmentation and reporting to ensure actionable insights and campaign performance. Oversee data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data cleanup and deduping, and report on database health to identify areas for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and other teams to align campaigns with company goals and drive measurable outcomes. Performance Analysis : Monitor, analyze and report on campaign metrics to optimize engagement, lead conversion, and overall ROI. Build and manage dashboards, reports, layouts, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users. Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in digital marketing, communications, or web analytics. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements. Experience 5+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator with proven experience in managing and optimizing HubSpot platforms 5+ years of experience building workflows, emails, and other funnel tactics within a Salesforce CRM environment HubSpot Academy certifications are preferred, including Email Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Hub Software, and/or Inbound Marketing Optimization. Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub. Proficiency with HTML and CSS. Familiarity with other marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Google Analytics). Experience in A/B testing, personalization, and content optimization. Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive marketing and sales strategies Familiarity working within brand guidelines in a business environment Experience with promotional email best practices, privacy rules (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.) and knowledge of AODA/accessibility Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Best In Class!
