JOB PURPOSE: Influences key business decision makers, increases sales and profitability for given account base and geographic markets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain direct relationships with key decision makers in accounts Present and communicate dealer-tailored training programs Educate the retail floor sales staff on the advantages and benefits of Kluft/Aireloom/Marshall products. Increase market share within accounts through better selling, increased floor space, superior customer service, and retail sales training. Interacts with Plant Operations Managers to ensure order fulfillment Develops strategic account plans (e.g., market and competitive analysis, pricing, and merchandising and advertising, strategies and execution) Grow account through existing and new channels of distribution Create and manage a list of prospects across target clients, segments and markets and systematic follow up with each prospect to ensure proper territory growth through new business Coordinate deliveries and returns with warehouses in a timely fashion Ensure fair and equitable placement and reimbursement of retail advertising Ensure proper and fair merchandising and pricing of Kluft/Aireloom/Marshall products Maintain an ongoing advertising calendar for each retail account Understand the competitors local strategy and deploy strategies to counteract Conduct business and product reviews with the customer Ensure Kluft/Aireloom products and marketing message is positively and fairly represented in terms of brand standards, total floor space, point of sale, condition of the floor samples and location Accurately forecast account specific demands for products, promotions and point-of-sale materials Increase market share within accounts through advanced selling, consuming floor space, superior service, and retail sales training Develop, monitor, and communicate sales and plan progress through monthly and quarterly business reviews with internal management and customer key personnel Open new retailers/partners.
