Job Summary: The Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing and Operations team by managing prospective student pipelines, guiding applicants through the enrollment process, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions experience. Reporting to the VP of Products and Technology, this role requires strong sales, communication, and organizational skills to help meet enrollment targets and support student success. This position also involves cold calling prospective BootCamp students and persuading them to register and pay for RoboGarden programs. Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students to provide guidance on programs, application processes, and enrollment requirements. Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective students to generate interest and drive RoboGarden program enrollment. Persuade and convert potential students by effectively communicating program benefits and addressing concerns. Manage and track leads, following up on inquiries and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Support prospective students in making informed decisions about their education and career goals. Assist in the execution of marketing events, including info sessions, webinars, and enrollment workshops. Collaborate with the VP of Products and Technology and the Marketing and Operations teams to optimize recruitment strategies and improve conversion rates. Conduct regular follow-ups with applicants to ensure a smooth enrollment process. Work with internal teams and post second institution partners to ensure seamless communication and transition from admissions to student onboarding. Provide timely and accurate reporting on enrollment progress and key metrics to the VP of Products and Technology. Contribute to the continuous improvement of enrollment processes and student engagement strategies. Minimum Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a student-focused approach. Experience in sales, enrollment, or a related field preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to analyze enrollment data. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment, or sales. Experience in higher education or career-focused training programs. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience in cold calling and direct sales conversions.
