Turn Warm Inquiries Into Successful Sales! Zuma is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to handle daily inbound inquiries from customers who discover our lift equipment online. Were a leading dealer of forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, drop-deck trailers , and moreserving clients across Canada and the USA. If youre a natural at building rapport, guiding buyers through product options, and closing deals over the phone and email, wed love to meet you! What Youll Do Engage Warm Leads: Respond to phone calls and emails from potential customers whove found our online listings and ads. Listen to their needs and recommend the right piece of equipment. Close Sales via Phone/Email with Occasional Onsite Sales: Conduct the majority of your sales conversations via phone and email. This is not a cold call position . Occasionally meet local customers at our Chilliwack location for in-person viewings or demos. Provide Expert Guidance (With Training Provided): Learn the specifics of our product linesforklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, drop-deck trailers, etc. Use your knowledge to answer customer questions, compare models, and finalize deals. Maintain Organized Workflows: Keep detailed records in our CRM, tracking leads, follow-ups, and completed sales. Collaborate with our service and parts departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. Contribute to Our Team Success: Work with our marketing team to share feedback on lead quality and common customer inquiries. Help refine our internal workflows by offering suggestions based on daily interactions. What Were Looking For Inside Sales Pro : 3+ years in phone/email-based sales, sales call center, or inside sales roles preferred. Excellent communicator, able to quickly build rapport with diverse customers. Customer-Centric : Genuinely enjoys helping customers find the right product for their needs. Listens actively and provides clear, tailored recommendations. Organized & Tech-Savvy : Proficient in CRM software; comfortable handling multiple leads simultaneously. Strong follow-up skillsno lead slips through the cracks. Eager to Learn Equipment Specs : No specific heavy equipment background required; we provide product training and sales/workflow support. Willingness to dive into technical details about lift equipment is a must. Team-Oriented : Collaborates well with marketing, service, and parts departments.
