Overview: We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Installation Manager to oversee the daily installed sales operations of our store. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination across Sales, Warehouse, Delivery, and Installation teams, and in maintaining exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, serving as the key point of contact for both customers and installers. Salary will be based on previous experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer & Installer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and on-site issues. Liaise with installers, manage installation schedules, and address claims on-site as needed. Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations of the Installation department. Enforce and implement all required forms and documents, and ensure all information is input correctly. Collaborate with the Sales team to offer support and ensure a seamless customer experience. Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures. Asses, create and follow through start to finish on supplier claims. Team Coordination & Communication: Conduct daily meetings with the Warehouse Manager to discuss and resolve any operational issues. Regularly meet with the warehouse team to address concerns and streamline processes. On-Site Support: Visit job sites as necessary to resolve issues and ensure high-quality service delivery. Qualifications: Must have a valid drivers license. Ability to communicate proficiently in French and English both verbally and in writing is a plus. Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a retail construction, installation, or logistics setting. Previous experience with project management. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. High level of communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A customer-focused mindset with a track record of resolving complaints effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence.
