Salary range: Based on experience About you To succeed in this role, you''''ll need: 1+ years of experience as a Law Clerk, with a focus on insurance defense litigation A Law Clerk college diploma Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure Familiarity with Supreme Court of Canada procedures, including the Supreme Court of Canada Act and the Rules of the Supreme Court of Canada Knowledge of the Guidelines for Preparing Documents to be Filed with the Supreme Court of Canada is an asset About the role If hired, you will: Manage legal files, correspondence, and deadlines for liability and tort law cases Support lawyers in negligence, product liability, motor vehicle accident litigation, slip and falls, and other tort liability cases Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and pre-trial briefs Coordinate case discovery and document production with summaries and chronologies Prepare trial materials and liaise with lawyers, clients, and opposing counsel Collaborate with the legal team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks Perks & Benefits Competitive benefits package Wellness programs Applied to this job already?
