Your Opportunity at ARCTERYX: Arc'teryx is looking for a creative and strategic marketer to drive all brand awareness and consumer engagement efforts for the brand. You will play a key role in executing brand strategy and multi-channel integrated marketing programs, along with the implementation of the annual content programming activation calendar to ultimately drive brand awareness and strengthen our positioning in the marketplace. This is an equal parts, strategic, operational and executional role. The right candidate is a creative thinker who exercises exceptional communication skills, able to manage and execute plans across multiple teams, projects, and priorities effectively. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Brand Marketing, this function will play a pivotal role working across a matrixed organization to build, drive and maintain exciting growth. This role is responsible for leading a team of integrated business partners, driving marketing strategies to raise brand awareness, conversion and engagement. This individual will be charged with driving brand goals and objectives forward and is responsible for connecting marketing strategies to digital strategies to achieve business results. This position will leverage digital, offline and earned marketing service channels to drive growth, awareness, engagement, and retention across Arcteryx audiences. Meet Your Future Team: The Integrated Brand Marketing team oversees the global seasonal calendar that blends product and storytelling to serve the needs of both our business and guest. You will be working closely with the greater team to drive clear and concise communication to help bring seasonal product marketing stories to life. If you were the Senior Manager, Integrated Brand Marketing North America - Temporary now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing: Driving the creation, development, and execution of 360 go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and activations that raise brand awareness and drive engagement. Partnering closely with Content teams to understand goals and oversee campaign development from strategy, concepting and execution, by managing day to day communications with internal key stakeholders, external partners and agencies. Managing direct reports through mentorship, development and evaluating performance against goals. Supporting the overall creative development process for marketing campaigns in conjunction with creative teams, ensuring creative is on brand and connects with our audience. Working with the Social team to deliver on brand work and propose ways to best reach current and prospective fans across social, digital, audio and other channels. Driving the annual marketing programming calendar, creative briefing documents and ongoing project management of multiple campaigns. Representing the Digital Strategy & Operations team on marketing and brand work groups. Advising our brand partners through digital and marketing services efforts. Comprehensive understanding of key digital channels: website, SEO, digital content, paid media, social media, etc. Well-versed in traditional marketing services channels: call center, marketing data operations, mass email communications, project management. Working with creative studio, external agencies, and internal teams to develop and implement channel specific creative and content. Cultivating a data-driven mentality with emphasis on analysis, insight, and recommended action. Keeping up-to-date and implement industry best practices and technology to drive traffic and engagement. Are you our next Senior Manager, Integrated Brand Marketing North America - Temporary? You have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field. You have 8+years of relevant experience, preferably in at a brand, creative agency or apparel marketing. You are an excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners, and senior management. You are a creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to apply ideas strategically while working to a set budget and timeline. You think creatively and understand the role of content in informing digital projects and programs, forges strong relationships at all levels of the organization and collaborates effectively with others. You demonstrate experience in building deep relationships, leveraging insights, managing large-scale strategic initiatives, and bringing the execution to life on the ground. You are self motivated and proactive; continuously looking to bring new opportunities and ideas to the table. You possess a broad experience with content and marketing channels, including paid media, audio, social, digital ads, influencer marketing, and experiential. You have a knack for attention to details and have the ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment on multiple projects under tight deadlines. You have genuine passion for the outdoors, apparel and fashion industry. $125,000 - $172,000 a year A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$125,000 - CAD$172,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
