Plan and direct all HR services, programs, policies, and best practices to support the organizations strategic goals. Supervise the administrative team and conduct performance reviews. Develop learning and development plans. Performance management. Act as the first point of contact for team members on all matters relating to HR. Manage and maintain the HR budget. Support recruitment efforts. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Design, develop, and implement student recruitment programs. Develop the Associate professional development program. THE REQUIREMENTS 4+ years of experience in Human Resources at a Business Partner level or above. Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources. Industry experience in professional services is required; legal industry experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and trust. Must be able to manage confidential information. Prior experience managing a team. Experience managing student recruitment programs.
