Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. This role is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, supporting management and staff, and ensuring efficiency in administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment. Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution. Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and assist in preparing reports and presentations. Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases in compliance with industry regulations. Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting. Coordinate office supplies, vendor services, and equipment maintenance. Assist HR with employee onboarding, timesheets, and benefits administration. Support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance by maintaining relevant documentation. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Perform other administrative tasks as required to support business operations. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum [X] years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
