We are looking for a high-performance, experienced salesperson to grow our business by building relationships, generating leads, and securing projects in the Calgary market and surrounding. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development professional at mnaquality. The role involves tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and develop partnerships. What Youll Do: Identify and engage potential clients, including developers, general contractors, and architects. Build and maintain relationships through in-person meetings, site visits, and networking. Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets. Track leads, follow up on opportunities, and close deals. Work closely with our engineering team to tailor solutions for clients. What Were Looking For: ???? Proven experience in B2B sales (construction, engineering, or related industry preferred). ???? Strong networking and relationship-building skills . ???? Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales growth. ???? Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ???? A valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
